This was a spur of the moment; we need something sweet; what's in the cupboard type of deal.

What did I come up with?

Using a couple remnant boxes of stale cereal, half a bag of marshmallows, a half of can of sweetened condensed milk, and butter I created my spin on rice crispy treats.

I melted half a stick of butter in a large pot and poured in the condensed milk and let it come to a gooey bubble. Then I added the marshmallows and let it all melt down. Lastly I added the cereal and mixed it all together and stuffed in it a greased pan to sit.

I used Rice Chex and HoneyKix J
I microwave one box of frozen spinach until thawed. After the pasta was finished I drained the pasta and set it to the side. In the bottom of the pasta pot I started a rue with melted butter and flour, I added and let it thicken and then added about 2 cups Parmesan cheese a handful of garlic powder and parsley and let it all thicken up. I added in the spinach pasta and when the chicken finished I chopped it into chunks and tossed it all together.

It was quick easy taste delicious and cost roughly about 5 dollars for 4 servings.

Samanthahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10422767618533682304noreply@blogger.com0
